My drumming adventure started when I was looking through a Guitar Center magazine and saw a replica of Joey Jordison's drum set for sale. I never wanted anything more in my life at the time. So my grandpa and father both told me they would get me a drum set if I learned. I took a two month class at twelve years old, but learned on my own after that.
In 2006 I started a band called Istrocity, but it shortly died. Two years later I recruited to join a thrash band called Excelsior and it was there that my drum career began. We mostly played backyard shows but they weren't my style of music - so I joined a band called Behold The Judgment. After some early success the band fell apart due to internal issues. After that, I was invited to join The Obscure Terror, another local band in 2011. Although it was fun, something was missing; it wasn't until a guitarist messaged me on Myspace asking to form a band with him that I found the missing piece. When I invited the bassist of the former band I was in, the three of us became Desecrated Adversary. We quickly found success and played countless backyard shows for two years until I had to move on from music. I took a seven year hiatus until I was offered a drum position with the band I'm currently in: A Fractured Thought.
We have experienced much growth and success in the span of one year. We were invited to open Summer Slaughter in 2019, and we were also direct support for Fit for an Autopsy at the 1720 in Los Angeles, California. We are currently finishing up our EP and are looking to do some small tours this year.
