Gabriel Lisboa is drummer and composer, was born on January 7, 1987 in Nova Lima - Minas Gerais / Brazil. It's Licensing in Music Education from UEMG (State University of Minas Gerais) – Brazil, is drum teacher in Dinilson's Music School (Nova Lima/Brasil) and Allegretto Music Education (Belo Horizonte/Brasil), in addition to working on recordings and concerts as a freelance. Studied with Roberto Veintheimmer, Jean Dolabella, Antonio Loureiro, Bo Hilbert, among others. Was awarded for two consecutive years in “Prêmio Mineiro da Música Independent” (Independent Music Award) 2nd and 3rd Edition - Regional Category, held in Freegells Music and Lapa Multshow in Belo Horizonte / MG.

In 2008, with the band Beira Kaos, Gabriel Lisboa recorded the Hymn of the Brazilian football team AC Villa Nova commemorating his centenary, being circulated throughout the country by Rede Globo TV, by Globo Esporte program. With the group “Fusão Música Instrumental”, played in “Estação New Orleans/Nova Lima” (New Orleans Station / Nova Lima 2012), alongside names like Bob Wilber, Leroy Jones, Gunhild Carling, among others. In June 2014 it was one of the finalists "New Jazz Talent" sponsored by the Savassi Festival, one of the greatest instrumental music events in Brazil.

As a member of the band "Crivo", released in September 2014 the DVD recorded live in Juvenal Dias Room of the Palace of Arts in Belo Horizonte (MG).

As a composer, released in June 2015 his CD entitled "Quinze Passos", containing 7 previously unreleased tracks with influences of Contemporary Jazz. The release of the album "Quinze Passos" was featured in media such as magazine Modern Drummer Brazil, interviews for Batera.com.br website, Jazz Club, and featured in the G1 website of Globo by columnist Antonio Carlos Miguel.
