Dave is a self-taught drummer who began playing at the age of 12 on a $45 blue-sparkle Stewart kit his father bought for him at a yard sale. At 17, Dave's career was sparked when he was asked to join Sparrow/EMI recording artists Starfield on a 6 week North American tour. Over the next 8 years, Dave would keep busy as a hired gun, playing with countless Christian international artists and acts, both indie and signed. Now at age 25, Dave has been drumming with Starfield full-time since September, 2008. In his free time, Dave stays active by teaching, recording, and gigging in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area), where he and his wife Lindsey live.
