Dan started his drumming adventure at the age of eleven. Beginning with jazz and latin music, Dan was also exposed to many different genres, attributing to his unique style and vocabulary when drumming. Completely captivated by music, he spent countless hours practicing and more importantly, listening to legendary drummers. A few years later, Dan would go on to win numerous awards internationally, such as Top Instrumentalist, Top Soloist, Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Zildjians Top Young Drummer and many, many more. Building a name and reputation for himself, he began work as a session drummer for various artists and producers, all the while performing live for many different bands and artists. Falling in love with the recording and engineering processes, Dan decided to open and operate his own company, DMA Studios, specializing in studio recording and live sound. Now a member of the wonderful Soultone family, Dan has teamed up with Soultone to create an amazing signature line of cymbals, DMA Studios Signature Series.
