I’m from Birmingham Alabama and I am married with 3 boys. I’ve been playing off and on since I was a teenager. I’m a U.S. Marine Veteran (SSgt) that served in Al Anbar Province Iraq in 2005 and 2006. I play for Country Artist Josh Kinney. Josh released his first album “Barefoot Green Grass” in June of 2021 on all platforms and it quickly received over a million streams. I am currently working on a non-profit program for disabled Veterans who want to start playing drums to help cope with their disabilities. My goal with this is to provide them with drum kits/gear and free online lessons from drummers who are willing to participate. With the help of Pearl Drum Company, I recently restored a fallen veterans Export Series drum kit that sat in his families garage for 15 years where he last left it. I outfitted the shells with a Pearl EPro Live Kit that was last owned by Microsoft Co-Founder Paul Allen. It was in one of his many home studios in Europe. I am heavily influenced by drummers John Bonham, Mark Poiesz, Billy Freeman, Chris McHugh, and Rich Redmond.
