Bill Finocchiaro took to drumming at an early age. His grandparents purchased his first drum set at 7 years old, and signed him up for lessons at Top Ten Music in Glenolden PA.

Listening to bands such as Led Zeppelin, Metallica, and RUSH through this iPod, he practiced privately until forming his first metal band “Far Beyond The Sunrise” in 2009.

From 2016-2018, Bill filled in for local metal act “The Artisan” when drummer Josh Hynson decided to pursue other musical endeavors.

Due to members moving, and changes in their personal lives, The Artisan decided to go on hiatus.

In late 2018, Bill joined the emo/alternative band “Stay”. The band wrote their freshmen album “iwillneveraskyouto” over the winter season, and worked with producer Jake Clarke of Retro City Studios (Philadelphia) during the spring of 2019.
