My name is Alex Overton. I live and grew up in Buffalo, NY. I have opened up for Tye Tribbet. I have played for The Men In White, Mike Epps, Kiki Sheard, Tye Tribbet, The Movement, and a couple other people. I grew up in church and play for many churches. The cymbals I use are the Extreme series. I love the sound and they are amazing!!! Currently in school and playing frequently. My teachers were Tim Webb, David Hulett aka Teaspoon and my father Alex Overton. Some of my favorite drummers are Tim Webb, Daniel Powell, Eric Moore, Nick Smith, Tony Royster, Chris Coleman and quite a few others. The drums I play are Mapex, Ddrum, Yamaha electric kit, and working on getting a Tama Sarclassic or Dw.
