Alejandro Olvera Astivia, better known as Alex Astivia is a rock/heavy metal drummer characterized by his powerful playing, high energy and showmanship in his live shows.
Born in Mexico City, started his career in the local underground heavy metal circuit from Mexico, playing in various bands through several years and constantly touring through the country.
Later on, he decided to move to Austria, where he joins the legendary cult heavy metal band Mortician and German hard rock / doom band Lords of Salem that has become a big sensation in the country in the last years.
