Douglas has been playing the drums since the 
age of two and now is a student at the 
University of New Haven with a scholarship 
in Music Performance. Growing up in church, 
Douglas was always around talented musicians 
and got his first gig when he was 11 

with the Palambo Music School. He studied at 
The Juilliard School of Music in Manhattan, NY 

when he was 13 and graduated after two years 
with his Associates Degree, at the age of 15. 
Currently, he has a steady 
Sunday gig at the Christian Training and 
Healing Center in New Haven, CT and 
plays for three other gospel groups.
