Daniel's sudden mania for drumming was born in middle school as he tossed aside his art supplies and reached for those first drumsticks ñ they just felt right.  Born in Los Angeles in 1990, Daniel Hutchinson has lots of years to nurture his obsession.

Mostly self-taught, he discovered the difference quality instruments can make when he traded in his Recycler bargain for a custom DC California set.  With that commitment came lessons and a natural ability to listen and imitate.  Marching band, drumline and local gigs rounded out his earliest experiences. 

At sixteen, Daniel is breaking into the music scene with a variety of band exposures that range from garage band practice to professional stage work with other up and coming musicians. Leaning towards indie, samba, disco, jazz, metal and the occasional blast of hardcore, he enjoys experimenting with a whole host of styles.
