William H. Remy IV

Born in 1985 in Phoenix, AZ. Remy grew up with a love and passion for music, a self-proclaimed loner with one desire, to play the drums. He got his first drum set at the age of 11 and immediately began taking lessons, putting all of his free time into bettering himself as a musician and molding himself into a star. He later decided to teach at the ambitious age of 18 while playing for a hardcore band “One Hit Kill” based out of Phoenix, AZ. In the spring of 2006 Remy moved to Los Angeles, CA to continue his journey at P.I.T. Musician's Institute in Hollywood, CA. Shortly after arriving he began doing session work for artists from all over the city, recording and playing many genres of music. Including, but not limited to, Hip-Hop, Metal, Jazz, Rock, Reggae, and R&B. In 2007 Remy graduated with high marks, and now holds a degree in Percussion performance.

He has a gift of diversity and has played with many different artists (e.g. Eebony Browne, Wildphyr, Harve Mann, Def Sound, Demagogue, WE ARE THE END, and After the Crash.) In 2009 Remy joined and helped make The Arcanum Effect, T.A.E., one of the leading local bands in the Hardcore scene in Southern California. He has since parted ways an is now making waves playing with signed metal band Mouth of the Serpent, local act Wolves & Serpents, and former Trans Siberian Orchestra singer Tru Collins, as well as being the sole session drummer for Stage Red Studios in Van Nuys, CA.

Being a part of these acts has taken Remy all over the country on tours and has created an unstoppable beast. Some of the venues he has played at include the world famous Whiskey-A-Go-Go, Key Club, Cat Club, as well as headlining the Glass House, and Chain Reaction. Remy continues to do work on sessions, recording not only drums, but percussion as well. He continues to study the art of drums and believes there is always more to learn. His ambition will never run dry.
