Steve Lowry was born June of 1987, he has always had and ear for music at the young age of 3 Steve would beg his parents to sit next to the drummer in church because the rhythmic tunes fascinated him. Every Sunday he loved to be in church just to hear the music. By the age of 3 1/2 Steve’s parents realized how much he loved the drums so for Christmas he was giving his first child’s drum set. By age 5 Steve knew that he loved music. He loved to listen to gospel, jazz, funk and a host of other genres. As Steve began to progress in age his musical talents also began to progress. At age 9 Steve became the youngest lead drummer for Trinity Baptist church. He played with the church for several years as their drummer.
By the age of 13 Steve began to explore another genre of music that he had not been introduced to before. Steve began to listen to different styles of rock music. He enjoyed the different type of music that rock produced and he feel in love with the sounds that he was able to emulate by playing rock. Steve began to play all different types of soft rock to hard rock. Steve began to join many types of local bands in hopes of suiting his musical talents. He played in a Hard rock band, a Christian rock band, and finally he joined an Alternative rock band. In 2008 Steve joined Infusoria. He found his love for the style of music that he played with his band members fulfilling. Steve Still plays with Infusoria today. His band can be found at local places in the Inland Empire and sometimes at places in Hollywood. Playing the drums for Steve is not just a hobby of a fade. Music is a part of him. He enjoys seeing the way that his music can touch others. Music will forever be imbedded in Steve no matter where this talent will take him in life.
