27 year old Drummer and Singer Shaunree McClean is a rare breed. Born July 20th 1984 and Raised in Spring Valley, NY, Shaunree has been playing drums for 12 years and singing for 13. He is a gifted musician who exudes all the qualities that go into making music not just nice, but great. Shaun does what he does because he genuinely loves the musical art form. It’s a great way of worship for him. In drumming, he is able to minister to people as is his desire.

He counts as his influence artists such as Spanky, the drummer for Lady Gaga, Drummer, Minister and Musical Director Calvin Rodgers, Chris Coleman, Jojo Mayer, Aaron Spears and Ronald Bruner Jr. Shaunree’s musical credits include playing for Artist and actor Javen on the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN), playing for The ‘Dimensions of Hope’ SDA Church on Saturdays, formally played at the New Covenant Life Christian Center on Sundays and now currently plays at Clarendon Road Church (CRC) on Sundays in Brooklyn NY. He has also played for Richard Smith and friends for his live recording “Raining in Rockland”, Shaunree serves as the Musical Director/Drummer for Gospel Recording Artist Lovener and for upcoming artist Kay’Vion Sire.

He is a humble, professional and committed musician and person, with a winning personality; he is God-fearing, funny and loving which makes him very easy to get along with as he has a heart for people. Shaunree describes himself as a simple servant sharing his gift with God’s people to inspire, encourage and uplift. He wants to be used to save souls for the kingdom of God.
