Maurice Manser grew up in a lively neighborhood in Steinach, Switzerland, where
his passion for music started early — drumming on his grandmother’s pots
before taking formal drum lessons at just seven years old. Coming from a
musical family, his father introduced him to rock legends like Bon Jovi and
AC/DC, sparking a lifelong love for music.
A self-taught multi-instrumentalist — mastering drums, bass, piano, guitar, and
vocals — Maurice eventually left his carpentry apprenticeship behind to fully
pursue his dream. What began as childhood jam sessions has evolved into a
professional music career, with Maurice now performing on international stages,
recording at world-class studios, and reaching millions of streams with his band
Saint City Orchestra.

RECENTLY
With unstoppable energy and a relentless drive, Maurice Manser continues to
make waves in the international music scene. Fresh from electrifying
performances at the world’s biggest metal festival, Wacken, and contributing his
unique talent to the rising Irish folk-rock sensation Saint City Orchestra — with
over 3 million Spotify streams — Maurice is setting the stage for an explosive
new era.
Currently recording at the legendary Principal Studios Münster — home to iconic
productions for Die Toten Hosen, In Extremo, Saltatio Mortis, and Unheilig —
Maurice is gearing up for a series of highly anticipated releases with Saint City
Orchestra, including the powerful new single “Middle Finger Song” dropping
12.09.2025, followed by multiple singles and a full album slated for 2026.
