Kenneth kwick Gross was born into a musical family on September 13, 1979 in Cheverly MD. His father Kenneth Gross Sr.(who played the bass around the metropolitan area) mainly inspired him to pursue a music career. Starting at the age of 4, he was introduced to the drums taught to him by his uncle Thomas Gross. Kenny started playing in church where he continued to expand his musical talent by playing the piano and organ. A top 40's band nmed "Expressions" took kenny on as their full time drummer at the age of 13. Being the youngest member of the group pushed him ahead of his time musically.

While still a sunday morning worshiper he continues to play R&B, Rock, Gospel, Go-Go, and Jazz music in the local area.Kwick has also had the honor of sharing the stage wit various artist such as: Keith Sweat, Anthony Hamilton, Jon B., Chico Debarge, Kanye West, Ginuwine, Loon, Candy Dulfer, Spur of the Moment, John Legend, Salt n Pepper, Doug e fresh, Jada Kiss, Marcus Johnson, Slick Rick and a few others. Kwick is best known for his deep pocket, musical fills and and his placement. He has played alongside some of the great drummers in D.C. such as: Blue eye Darrell, Tim Steels, Jay Williams, Milton Smith and AAron Spears. Other than playing up and down the east coast, Kenny has played in Las Vegas, Cancun Mexico, Canada, and Tokyo so far. Kenny is currently the drummer for Chuck Brown(godfaher of Go-Go), Wale(hip-hop artist), Heaven Sent(Gospel group), Lissen(Go-Go band), Godisheus(rock group), David Correy(pop artist) and at the Community of Hope AME Church. Kenny has accomplished a lot so far in his career, but when asked what was his biggest thus far he said it wasgoing to a concert and watching one of his 4 drum students (10 year old Brendon Mills) perform in New York City.
