Hello my name is Joshua Henry. I’m drummer from Indonesia and I’m very proud to be endorser of SOULTONE CYMBALS. I was born on March 11, 1996 and I’m started play drums at the age of 12. First of all, I love punk and rock music but, in the age of 14 I started to listening Jazz, RnB and Funk music then I tried to playing gospel style until now I became drummer in my church and played for my group band too… But mostly I play in my church. Mostly, I play funk with a little licks of gospel… the great drummers that influenced me such as Aaron Spears, Chris Coleman, Dennis Chambers and many more, but my favorite drummers from Indonesia are Echa Soemantri, Excel Mangare, Handy Salim and Jonas Wang… And playing in church and in a band makes me can improve my skills in drumming. My favourite line of SOULTONE is the vintage series, because that series can accommodate the sounds that I want and my music styles… and their sound are traditional and rich…
