Joshua Harris

At the young age of three, Joshua Harris would find himself banging on his mom’s pots and pans. After watching him, his parents saw that he had a gift and decided to get him a drum set. Josh is from Columbus, MS and since his father is a Bishop, he grew up in the church. At church is where he perfected his craft. He spent a lot of time practicing to become a better drummer.

With practice comes success. When he was just 14 years old, he recorded his first album with The Bland Cousins from Columbus, MS. The album went on to achieve great success. At the age of 17, he and friends started a gospel group called Gospel Inspiration. Through this group he went on to be on stage with popular gospel artists such as: Lee Williams and The Spiritual QC’s, Pastor Andrew Cheairs, and Pastor Tim Rogers and The Fellas. Now at the age of 25, God has blessed him to move on to bigger projects and record on up-and-coming albums with artist like: Pastor Armando Adams of Columbus, MS, The Brown Sisters of Tuscaloosa, AL, and Minister Felton Hodges and The Anointed Voices of Faith of Columbus, MS.

Joshua Harris first heard about Soultone Cymbals on YouTube. He saw that several artists were using them and became interested in how they sounded live. A friend of his owned a set and when he heard them live for the first time, he fell in love. These cymbals fit Joshua’s drum style and can go with any genre of music. Josh is very happy to be a part of the Soultone family and will never turn back.
