Anointed Musician, Clinician, Teacher and Producer Christopher Leon Hill born May 12th a native of Fayetteville NC began his musical journey at the tender age of 4 years old. He operated and carried out his duties as a "Drummer" at Faith Christian Fellowship Center under "Bishop Carolyn Nails" were he served faithfully for six years. As the years went by he progressed as a drummer and was soon being called upon for local gigs throughout the week. Chris was becoming a town name and even was deemed the name “Kid Wonder” of Fayetteville NC at one point. By the age of 12 Chris and his bother James (a pianist) met with Bishop Eddie Robinson of "Mt.Carmel World Outreach Ministries" and both were hired as the full-time Musicians. As the years progressed Bishop Eddie Robinson connected both James and Chris Hill with the Minister of Music, at GREATER LEVEL FULL GOSPEL BAPTIST CHURCH, where the pastor is Thomas J. Robinson, and oversaw by Bishop (Paul S. Morton) Chris' musical knowledge expanded while he was under the awesome direction of Min.Ar-Nita Davis at Greater Level. He received numerous awards and certificates for his dedication and his Untiring Devotion to GLFGBC music ministry. Recently Chris Hill and his brother founded their own private ministry V.F.C (Vessels for Christ) a group design to help save young people and to help them realize that Jesus saves. Chris' musical ability has allowed him to share the stage, produce and collaborate with some of the best Gospel musicians and artists such as... Shirley Caesar, Jonathan Nelson, Timothy Wright, Lashun Pace, John. P Kee, Stellar nominated Becky White, KJ Scriven, Dwayne Woods, Mali Music, Vashawn Mitchell, Breanna Forrest, Christopher Johnson & Unbridled Praise, Emory Anderson, Travis Green,"Min. Michael Ross", Preston Ross, Phillip Bryant, Bishop Ralph D. Graves, Bishop George Bloomer, Music Pastor Rodney Raines, Min.Greg Kelly, Shay-Taylor Leek, Pastor Tracy Troy, Sammie Williams, United Sounds Of Praise, Kimberly Sky, and many more, too numerous to say. Chris says “to have had the privilege to share the stage and work with these great vessels at such an early age was fun and exciting, I am extremely fortunate.” Now 19 years old Chris Hill is a full-time drummer playing every Sunday at mega concert church Insoul Family Fellowship, Chris has done plenty studio sessions and concerts with national recording artist KJ Scriven and played drums on KJ’s EP album entitled Under-Construction, Chris currently travels playing drums for gospel recording artist Breanna Forrest and featured on her debut album “Greatest Love” In the near future Chris will be the house drummer working with Stellar nominated Becky White at her Annual WIDU Concert in October (2011). He will be working with Chris Johnson & Unbridle Praise on their annual Fall Concert as well as their live recording in November (2011). Chris Johnson currently has a single out which Chris Hill plays drums on entitled “More like You” Musician, Producer, teacher, and Clinician Chris Hill will be holding drum clinics at Velton Browns Music School on the 5th, 12th and 19th of August 2011. Christopher Hill has showcased his talents in a plethora of talent shows and even the Guitar Center Drum off in 2008 where he placed 2nd in the store Finals. Chris is a proud endorser of Soultone Cymbals and Rojas Snares. Chris Says to all Musicians and non-musicians “love what you do”, “enjoy what you do”, “whatever you do give all you have”, “be unique”, and he always says “stay humble.” Chris is now touring with Breanna Forrest and gigs with KJ Scriven and Chris Johnson & Unbridle Praise. Chris’ future plans are to work with other artist of any age, and to do world-wide tours.
